The Golden Offhand is a very good melee offhand item. It is the upgraded version of the Ice Offhand. The upgrade is rated at a Hard difficulty. The Golden Offhand sports some very reasonable melee attack and strength bonuses.
It is currently not obtained from any bosses, boxes, or chests.
